The Masses of Black and Brownfolks are the Chief Executive Officer behind this G.o.r.i.l.l.a Circle Street Wear phenomenon. This Circle was convened to be our defense mechanism to any and all negativity, it is a new version of old tactics. In the Circle we desire to make us the Black and Brownmen and the Black and Brownwomen of our own dreams, because contrary to popular belief the Blackman still desires the Blackwoman and the Brownman still desires the Brownwomen and vice versa. We also intend on giving our babies something from within them to celebrate. The Circle is putting itself in a position to open a new set of eyes for us on us, by us projecting us. We have literally grown tired of hearing parts of Nation of folks calling themselves the "Black" so and so or the "Black" such and such. It is time for us to be and celebrate the "Black" and "Brown" us. We can be the Black Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, the Black Nat Turner or the Black Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey. We can be the Brown Che Guevara, the Brown Hugo Chavez of the Brown Fidel Castro. We have a vast array of our own great folks right from among us we can claim to be. His-tory shows and proves to us that any negativity left unchallenged has the ability to do an incalculable amount of damage to the subject of that said negativity. Now enters G.o.r.i.l.l.a Circle Street Wear the challenger. G.o.r.i.l.l.a Circle Street Wear is representing the lasting standard of our Original nature left to us by us. That lasting standard is our essence, our foundation, it is our Black and our Brown. It is an essence so great, it is only one the God could create. Therefore, we are about to go all out doing us. And, while we are celebrating this beautiful Hue known as our essence, we must never never ever forget. All of our family gave this struggle some - but some of our family gave this struggle all! Brother Barry is the Chief Creative Director behind this G.o.r.i.l.l.a Circle Street Wear phenomenon that began in 1993. This is the brainchild of a man who was dissatisfied with the current state of the so-called celebration of Black and Brownfolks and he set out to rival it. It all started from a lyric written about a experience he encountered. The lyric "if i hadda been gaining on realities inna land lost already". Always the dissector of literature he dug into the lyric and seen the gorilla and was very determined on creating a situation for Black and Brownfolks from it. So, he set out to celebrate the Black and the Brown with different phrases on products to bring into play something exclusively for us. But, everything he did was in vain because he was celebrating the wrong part of us. It wasn't until March of 2004 that things would change for G.o.r.i.l.l.a Circle Street Wear for the better. In 2004 Brother Barry heard a word from the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad by way of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan putting the Brother on some Knowledge. That Knowledge turned the company's whole vision and mission around it went from celebrating the nature of what we were made into to celebrating the nature of whom we were made of. With this new vision and mission it was a hands down decision to make Brother Barry the Chief Creative Director, because he has our best interest at heart. This Brother can rightfully represent us because he is from us! Connect With Me!

Sister Dekelia is the Brand Manager behind this G.o.r.i.l.l.a Circle Street Wear pheneomenon. Seven days without a True Blackor Brownwoman makes 1 weak! That very phrase rings so true. She is a very diverse Blackwoman who sets goals to achieve them, and one of her goals is to take this jubilee higher with her tenacious love for our people. With this Sister on board, the Circle is sure to go places because no one on earth loves like the Blackwoman. Sister Dekelia is well known for locking down business listings and advertisement spaces in the Diversity Directory - Fort Worth Black Pages, the choice was too clear that she was the one we needed to really strengthen brand awareness for the clothingline, the same way she made the Diversity Directory a strong brand. Whatever she puts her hands on is an instant success because Sister Dekelia believes that all things are obtainable with prayer, hard work, discipline and the right attitude you can achieve anything gone after. Sister Dekelia will bring a magnified level of comfort to the celebration because of her characteristics as a woman, and her mantra is "Don't give me anything - open the door and I'll get it myself!". That mantra will give anybody she comes in contact with a real level of comfort about working with her. She has mentioned that a celebration like this is well over due and as long as it is genuine, the Real Love intertwined in it will be the edge we need to bring Black and Brownfolks to it. Our Real Love is the professional difference! Once again, teaming up with her is a guaranteed win for us. This Sister can most definitely represent us also, because she is from us! Connect With Me!
