Blackfolk Union Act

Preserving the Life, Liberty and Legacy Of Blackfolks

The Blackfolk Union Act was authored under the divine permissive authority of the Supreme Being, to whom all praise is due. This act is being implemented to address the specific areas that will require our immediate attention for the building and the strengthening of the Black Family. Also, to set the leadership and union tone for the people of the Aboriginal family to strive for better living conditions, better work environments, and better relationships as a family, at home and abroad. This act will encourage Blackfolks to strive for and focus on; a one family - one calling mindset, seeking a deeper knowledge of self, the eradication of the internal prejudices that keep us separated and the setting up of ministries for self government. It will challenge Blackfolks to become more of whom we were made of and less of what we were made into. Then challenge us to recognize our real enemies, “ignorance” and “fear” afterwards challenging their authority over us, because they restrict. This Act will bring the people up to speed with the old and the current uniting and dividing efforts. That action will help us improve our uniting and our counter-division efforts by facilitating information sharing and cooperation among our leadership to better connect and lead our people. With the Blackfolk Union Act we will not concern ourselves so much with what others can do for us as with what we can do for ourselves. As a large Nation of people, this is our issue and this is our time to act through tactics that will build a Black coalition within our realm that will support this act, as well as the recruitment and retention of our community. This Act clearly states the purposes and the missions to give the masses a keen sense of the work to be done to gain our independence in which our freedom will follow. We reserve the right to set up and execute the strategies needed to be successful in this lifework. Without proper overstanding and implementation of the functions of the Blackfolk Union Act, our prosperity will only be nominal. It is time for us to stand and deliver something for the masses of our folks who suffered at the hands of chattel slavery, segregation, envy, and just flat out hatred of the Blackman and Blackwoman, our success in this will be that something. It is time we stop acting like those occurrences didn’t and don’t occur or have the attitude that it happened to them and not me. We also have to stop living our lives as if we don’t owe our folks our lives for the strength in our veins and determination in our hearts to endure against all odds. This Act is by far representing our interests on a universe platform in an effort to connect our family from around the globe.

Purpose 1 – The acknowledgement of Aboriginal, Original, Black and/or Blackfolks as being the official address of our people. Using either one of these addresses will affirm our allegiance to our family and our allegiance to wanting a more appropriate and less controversial address for our people. The utilization of these addresses will show that we acknowledge that we are one family, and we should accept our own and be ourselves. The one calling will also challenge us to do away with the namesake prejudices that exist within our family. Our calling one another by those addresses will connect us and they will show the power amongst us because of the addresses. And it will force the outside world to utilize them as well.

Mission 1: Teach everyone in the family that Black is a divine essence, the foundation in which everything was created. In the teaching of the essence more of our people will accept the nature in which we were fashioned, and the nature that makes us, us. Our very nature is divine. The fact of that has to be professed by those who know and learned by those who do not know to free the enslaved mind to strengthen the union in its infancy. The learning that comes from the teaching will also be a major factor in the building process because it will reaffirm those of us who know of our importance as a people, as well as our importance as a connected people. The right knowledge at the right time makes all the difference between life or death, freedom or slavery.

Mission 2: To recognize the existence and pay homage to the Aboriginal civilization; the “B” in Black should henceforth be capitalized in all Black publications, be they in print or online in reference to Blackfolks. It will show the importance of the universe address, and our desire to connect back to our Aboriginal family. The formal corrections will force any non-Black publication to recognize our literary power and either follow suit or don’t write on us. Also the connecting of man, men, woman, women, child, and folks back to Black in the various publications will show our acknowledgement that we have been separated from our essence and we are striving to get back to it. Here’s an example; Blackman or Blackwoman not black man or black woman. We have to put our foundation Black under our people; we can’t depend on no one else to do it. We have to connect and get stronger by our literary means in order for us to make an impact to put an end to our people seeing us through the literary eyes of others who do not have our best image and literary interest at heart, we must exercise and take our literary powers serious.

Mission 3: Increase the importance of connecting. The three connections will consist of connecting family wise, economic wise and military wise. Connecting family wise will make for more Blackfolks involved in our respective neighborhoods and make for a bigger impact when the time comes for us to exhibit some family power. For example, when you used to be doing things you didn’t have any business doing around the corner and three blocks up from the house. Whoever caught you would whoop you then take you back home and your folks would whoop you again, that’s that Real Black Village life, this is real family connecting. Connecting economic wise will keep our money circulating amongst us, and strengthen our economic foundation as well as our buying and spending power to release us from this economic restriction. This alliance will make for a greater impact when the time comes for us to exhibit some economic power and economic know how. For example the “Original” Black Wall Street, was an affluent all Black community that spanned 36 blocks and was home to 600 successful businesses. Among these were churches, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theatres, a hospital, a bank, a post office, libraries, schools, law offices, private airplanes, and a bus system. The dollar even circulated 36 to 1000 times before leaving the community. We did quite well operating by our own standards. That was real economic connecting. Connecting military wise will give our people the wide range of protection needed to keep us safe. As with any military structure of a people, this association will make for a bigger impact when the time comes for us to exhibit some military power to protect ours. To set up a proper military structure for our people, first we will have to put a Community Revolution In Progress with all of the Black Liberation Organizations On Defense along with other upward Black Movements, then align them with the Nation of Islam. This is a true military structure because it is comprised of divine leadership, love, numbers, fearlessness, and discipline. The military also has the teaching of the respecting of self and those who respect us and the fearing of no man, as well as using our condition against the enemy. Our peace is to be secured by our strength, and our willingness to show it. This is real military connecting.

Purpose 2 – The eradication of our dissociation will come from those with the knowledge being unconditionally committed to the removal process of the lack of knowledge our people suffer from. This condition of ours is a direct residual result of the killing of the mother tongue along with the killing of our Original essence. It is also deeply rooted in the tricks and lies that filled the void after the killing process. Slavery viciously robbed us of our identity and left us with a vicious self-destructive slave mentality. The by-products, of “ignorance” and “fear” had and have been proven detrimental to our people accepting themselves and bonding as a true family would bond. The colonized separation of the family also heavily contributed to our internal division, a result of the family being spread out to and labeled after various geographical landmasses. With the dividing of the family then labeling us after the landmasses heavy namesake prejudices were ingrained within but without the family.

Mission 1: To bring the authority of this ignorance and this fear and the inferior state of mind that stems from it to the forefront to give our people physical examples of what these two conditions does to a people. Then we must look at them, touch them, and realize they are real. After the recognizing of it, strive to manifest then secure a love equal to or greater than the love we express for others. This declaration of us needing to assert a love for self is not a fact-less statement. And, the launching of a direct attack at this ignorance and fear with some knowledge and self-love would immediately start the reversal of this condition and its frame of thought. The attack will come in the form of challenging the authority of those weaknesses and the changing of the image of our people, by a celebration of these Aboriginal, Original, Black and/or Blackfolks as a whole. Celebrating all of us, regardless of where we were born or what we choose to label ourselves as, do not separate US, We Black – We Family!

Mission 2: Declare an immediate war against the subversive and destructive language, the lies, the religious warring, the deceit, the slander, the suspicion, and the so-called class differences. Those factors are few but they are some of the more serious divide and conquer components within our family, components that we continue to utilize on each other after they were established to keep the strength of the Black Family dormant, rendering the family very vulnerable to any outside agitation used to conquer. The divisive language in which we speak on a daily basis has proven to be our greatest divide. We have been a separated family for far to long by this language.

Mission 3: Knowing that the language in which we speak is our greatest divide, our first attack must be launched at it. Teach early and often that it does not matter if you call yourself an African, African-American, West Indian, Afro-Cuban, Brazilian; negro, colored person, urban, so on and so forth. Whichever one of these so-called illustrious names you choose to label yourself by, the fact still remains that all Blackfolks have the divine pleasure to claim the same Black Genesis i.e., same beginning, universe roots, with that exclusiveness we don’t have to hunt around for a so-called label to identify ourselves, we have an identity, It’s Aboriginal. It’s Original. It’s Black! With us focusing on the aforementioned addresses we will eliminate the controversy that revolves around these so-called appropriate terminologies. In trying to get these so-called names correct when identifying Blackfolks who label themselves after these landmasses will tend to be time consuming. For example: African, Afro-Caribbean-Canadian, African American, Jamaican Canadian, Haitian American, Nigerian Britain, Afro-Brazilian, Cuban, African Canadian, Caribbean African American so on and so forth. All the different so-called labels are not necessary when we all have the same Black Genesis. We can put a stop to that label division with language such as Africa born Blackman, America born Blackman, Cuba born Blackman; West Indies born Blackman, Caribbean born Blackman so on and so forth. Therefore, instead of going back and forth with someone behind identifying you after the wrong land mass just have him or her identify you by our appropriate universe identity. Which is Aboriginal, Original or Black! The best way to attack that stiff necked rebelliousness is with a direct action of the reverse and be determined, because we all come out of that same line of Blackfolks that used the mathematical sciences to build the pyramids and a myriad of intriguing gifts for their Blackwomen. We all come from those mighty Blackfolks and the Blackfolks before them and the Blackfolks before them. We are all from that exact line of Blackfolks that our Indian brothers and sisters labeled as “good medicine” because we were masters of the natural healing sciences. We hail from the same family of Blackfolks that were sent into the hot zones first during wartimes. That one family is all it was and all it is, just one family of Blackfolks. Now what we need to do is recognize that and align ourselves back with our family. Separation was written of us, but the separation did not affect our beginning. It’s still Aboriginal! Therefore, every label that has been forced upon our person or voluntarily accepted which has shown evidence of its heavy separating power should be henceforth irrelevant. Regardless of our depth of knowledge of our history and ourselves, we are still one family. Therefore, you shouldn’t look down on your Brother or Sister unless you are pulling them up to where you are. The fact is still very evident that our people are still One Nation Under this Hue, tied together by these Black Roots, yes these Certified Aboriginal Roots, and when we see it, it puts us in a position of power!

Purpose 3 – Enhance our people’s interest in increasing their knowledge through tactics prepared uniquely different that will delve past the surface of merely imparting information, because that action is not educating. Purpose one for our Nation of people to be prosperous would be acknowledging our value and familiarizing us with the divine importance of the Blackman and Blackwoman’s existence. Have you seen the flag of the universe? It consists of the sun, moon, and star. Man, Woman, and Child. The Blackwoman (the Moon) rest securely in the warm glowing light of the Blackman (the Sun), as she cradles the Blackchild (the Star) gently nestled unto her embrace, nursing to the child the strength that will transform the Blackchild’s starlight into the fullness of sunlight at maturity. We should know the flag is the truth, because the generations and generations of strong Black families is our proof. For an in-depth read on this profound knowledge, refer to the books, From Niggas to Gods books 1 & 2 by Our Brother Akil.

Mission 1: Show our people the world that has been pulled over our eyes that blinds us from the truth. Then teach on the truth of the mental prison that we have been born in that enslaves us ruthlessly, the truth that we are still slaves. A slavery that can only be challenged by a fierce educational program developed for us and by us, with us in the urriculum. That would be our only manumission from this mental enslavement. This program will educate Blackfolks on our-story instead of his-tory to help us get to a do for us mind state, instead of keeping up with the system that mis-educates us to serve other than us. Our Brother Carter G. Woodson wrote some heartfelt words in his book titled, The Mis-education of the Negro. He says, quote “when you control a man’s thinking you do not have to tell him not to stand here or go yonder. He will find his “proper place” and will stay in it. You do not need to send him to the back door; he will go without being told. In fact, if there is no door he will cut one for his special benefit. His education makes it necessary”. Unquote. That system of mis-educating is what we have been and are still being mis-educated under. We’re even mis-educating ourselves with the same teaching today. We must fall in love with our people and began to sacrifice for our uplift, and change the direction of the educating. Increasing the consciousness will come from us taking back the control of what we learn. Teaching on the percentage breakdown of the people according to the head, the torso and the tail, this is that world we see but we do not see. Teaching that 85% of the people are deaf, dumb, and blind, 10% of the people are the ones who run things and they keep the 85% deaf, dumb, and blind catering to their low desires rendering them production less. The 5% are the ones who know about the ruthless power of the 10% and are striving to lead the 85% from the certain destruction the 10% has set up. The three stifling elements that must be driven from our people are the fear, the doubt, and the disbelief of those facts and in general. Our-story opens the realm of possibilities, and what opens up the realm is our ability to compare ourselves to someone like ourselves. Not knowing the real identity of self, we do not know the realm of possibility in which we can achieve. The by-product of not knowing our real identity we were left to compare ourselves to our people who were made outside of their essence, and the one who took them out of their essence. His-tory and mis-education does not give our people that opening to that realm to compare ourselves to great Blackfolks. We must immerse ourselves in ourselves totally, and those immersions will definitely put a stop to the mental incarceration that has victimized a whole people relegating us to a mental minority social status with an ingrained inferior socio-economic mindset. When those with the knowledge do not educate outside of that system of mis-educating we are being very counter-productive and doing a grave disservice to our Nation of people. We will stay in this minority mindset if we don’t stop the handicapping of our people by always labeling ourselves and then mis-educating our people to label us as minorities as well. There is no dignity, pride or muscle in those actions. That is like telling the people who we have been led to believe that we are beneath that it is okay to treat us as if we really are beneath them. How can the Mother and Father of civilization be a minority? It can only happen in the teachings they receive. That being said, our mindset helps them to continue this so-called order of mental power over us. When we teach of the Blackfolks contributions as a whole, we will change the family’s inwardly outlook of self. Our focus must be on educating Blackfolks on the premise of what our environment requires of us, encouraging Blackfolks to think and do for us, because a real education means to inspire people to live more abundantly not to live in servitude, mental or physical. When this advanced knowledge is taught, we must have in motion conditions favorable to attain our goals. We will be creating opportunities through education. Therefore, a program dealing with our special need has to be developed and actualized not just written and talked about. Maximizing our Black knowledge would minimize our Black risks.

Mission 2: Teach on the divine importance of the Blackwoman for the fact that our Nation comes through her. She is the mineral rich Black Earth, the Supreme motherland in which the Blackman’s seeds are planted, cultivated and nurtured until they are brought to life. therefore, the proper education of her must be taught to her and about her, she must be taught properly in order for her to teach properly. Teaching to her a thorough knowledge of who she is, what she is, why she is, and where she is in the universe structure of the Black family. Also, teaching her all she needs to know to love everything about her duty as a Blackwoman. Importantly, because she is the first teacher of the child, her knowledge of self and the love of her duty are vital. When you teach a Blackman, you teach an individual, but when you teach a Blackwoman, you teach a Black Nation. In saying that, so, as a Blackman thinketh in his heart so is he; an individual, but as a Blackwoman thinketh in her heart so is she; a whole Black Nation. Know that, a community can rise no higher than its woman and that fact has to be acknowledged, taught, and believed by the community. The strength of that statement will bear witness by the way she is treated by her community. The Blackman must also be given the knowledge of who he is, what he is, why he is, and where he is in the universe structure of the Black family. Also, teaching him all he needs to know to love everything about his duty as a Blackman. His teaching is vital as well, because he is the maintainer, provider, and protector of the Black family. He must be well educated on his position as the head after the Godhead. In saying that, the proper education of him must be taught to him and about him in regards to the Black Family’s wants, needs, and our survival. The Blackman must be educated and lead properly in order for him to appropriately teach and lead the family, because he is the head. His training will keep him on his post and alert to do away with anyone or anything looking to bring harm to the family structure. Their education makes this necessary. The knowledge of self and the duties of the Blackman and Blackwoman is the start of the strong Black family and are very vital to the future of our people also this act. The Nation of Blackfolks can only be respectfully built and cultivated through the proper education, the proper guidance, and the proper protection of the Blackwoman, period.

Mission 3: Make the significant changes to the current so-called union of Blackfolks that will terminate all negative connotations; i.e.; misrepresenting education, misrepresenting language and the misrepresenting actions. We will do that by aggressively changing the direction of the educating, the language, the actions, and the image, then setting in place a more appropriate direction. The education will be steered in the path of educating on the premise of what we need, mentally, physically, and financially. Stopping the mis-educating and stop letting our people be mis-educated, that because we are Black we are minorities, educate that we are just as important if not more important than the next mankind. Stop mis-educating our people that if a company does not want to hire us that we should belittle ourselves and utilize that so-called equal opportunity employment jargon or that so-called affirmative action nonsense. Instead of mis-educating or letting our people be mis-educated to stay in school and get good grades so they can get a good job with some good benefits, encouraging us to be an employee. Educate us on staying in school and learning what we need; to create jobs and businesses to employ, encouraging us to be business owners, rather than working hard to build a job we own or working hard to be an employee. Therefore, we need to deliver the cardinal basics of education as well as the business skills needed to be able to build a successful business around our great products, great ideas, and great services. That will in turn put our people in a controlling position instead of a being controlled. The power position will give us the ability to employ our people on all levels, especially our Brothers and Sisters being released from these so-called correctional facilities. Instead of them having to crawl into these establishments and beg for a job nine times out of ten they will not get. They can walk with their heads up and their chests out into one of their Brothers’ or Sisters’ businesses and inquire about a job and receive a fair chance. Our training makes this necessary. Whether the negative language spoke of are done in print or done verbally we have to work very aggressively to drive the slave masters’ tongue out of our mouths, and their thoughts out of our minds. Once we stop speaking with their tongues and their thoughts we will be able to get our weight up knowledge wise to do something. In order to change the language and steer it in the path of addressing each other as Brother, Sister, Blackman, Blackwoman and Blackchild, so on and so forth. The actions will be steered in the path of Blackfolks doing for Blackfolks in all areas minus the presence of the slave masters’ tongue and thoughts. The degrading and the devaluing of Blackfolks have led to us abandoning, exploiting, abusing, and violating one another with savage violence and other savage actions. With this for us training, we will take action and start standing up for our women, our babies and standing behind our men and not on top of them. The directions will be steered in the right direction as long as the person put at the helm lacks the cowardice, shuffling, shucking, and the jiving around qualities that keeps us in the rear. As a result, we will love this Black, hug this Black, and place no one or nothing above this Black!

Purpose 4 – The necessary solid foundation, solid structure as well as the checks and balances needed for the union will come in the form of ten governing ministries. These ministries will be the areas in which our people need to be divinely educated and divinely guided to ensure our success. Learning the science of the ministries will prove to be the most successful for us. The ten governing ministries are as follows; the Ministry of Health and Human Services, the Ministry of Spirituality, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Trade and Commerce, the Ministry of Information, the Ministry of Arts and Culture, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Science and Technology.

For an in-depth outline of these governing ministries and the issues of the movement, which are unity, spiritual values, education, economic development, political power, reparations, the prison industrial complex, health, artistic/cultural development and peace. See Millions More Movement

Mission 1: Start local organizing committees with the Nation of Islam mosques, Black Nationalist Parties, Community Revolutionary Inter Party Systems, the Black Liberation Organizations On Defense, Black churches and anyone involved in the upward Black Movement in our countries and states of residence to connect then educate our people about the ministries to get a Community Restoration In Progress. The local organizing committees will hold question and answer sessions for the interested Blackfolks in their respected areas based on the ministries. Based on the duties, the operating of them, and what Blackfolks stand to gain from them. The recruitment and retention programs will begin directly after the question and answer sessions. Not following the days of old by recruiting good orators, but recruiting good orators who are going to move out on clear instructions from an appropriate appointed head to oversee the ministry. Properly overseeing the ministry they have been put over, without the qualities of cowardice, shuffling, shucking, and jiving around. We have to be dedicated to actuating these ministries and the other programs aimed at expanding our opportunities into our everyday lives to make them work. We have to constantly have meetings about the progress of the ministries to keep them going and keep the spirit of succeeding up with our people.

Mission 2: To show that each ministry actually materially strengthens the overall functioning of the union. The ministries must also show their continuance to make forward strides to better the long-term condition in the areas in which we need to be divinely educated and divinely guided. The ministries must guarantee that there is adequate supervision of the use of such authority to ensure that the union is progressing and the people are protected as well as handled properly. An assertive execution of the proposed governing ministries functions will expand the jurisdiction of the ministries, which will be the proper setup to show the effectiveness of the act on a universe basis. To ensure effectiveness it will take our commitment and this clear plan supported at all levels, the building, strengthening, and operating of our own solid functioning Nation within but without will be direct the result.

This act contains forward-looking statements with all due respect to the results of the operations and businesses of the Blackfolk Union Act. Such forward-looking statements involve known and unknown risks, uncertainties and other important aspects. There are factors that may cause the Blackfolk Unions Act’s actual results, performances and/or achievements to differ materially from those projected or contemplated. One major factor that would cause or contribute to such differences include but are not limited to, some of the citizens of this Nation of Blackfolks not sharing the same thoughts and goals as the whole. And their vulnerability would result in them being easily persuaded by outside agitation to infiltrate the Union at its core and infect others with their subversive thoughts and destructive language. Dissension within the family will be the after effect, along with destroying the direct efforts of the union. The Blackfolk Union Act’s future operating results are dependent upon factors included but not limited to the Act’s ability to (1) show the positive impact of the civilizing of the Black Family and the setting up of our own governing body (2) obtain sufficient cooperation from the people in the setting up of the governing ministries (3) establish a strategic business arrangement to efficiently operate the governing ministries (4) have the capital in place to comfortably set up the governing ministries to ensure that the capital keeps circulating amongst the Nation of Blackfolks (5) set up the solid business management and the solid human resources infrastructure necessary to support the growth of the governing ministries while strengthening the union of Blackfolks. These actions properly executed will stop considerably the ability to exploit the Aboriginal Family. The support of this act is part of a larger concerted effort to accelerate our involvement in a more prominent way of life for the Nation of Blackfolks. Know it or not, like it or not, overstand it or not, we need this. And, we will have it if it pleases the Supreme Being.

IMAGINE – NATION!
